The Institute of Construction and Infrastructure Management has awarded Doctoral and Master Thesis as well as the Helbling Prize for an excellent Master Thesis during a ceremony on 26 October 2017.

Earth is an undervalued building material. Prof. Dr. Guillaume Habert and Sasha Cisar blog at the Future Blog on building with dirt in relation to the exhibition THINK Earth! that takes place at the main hall of ETH Zürich between October 30th and November 5th.

Isolda Agusti, Giulia Celentano and Francesco Pittau were invited to present their work at Politecnico di Torino. Respectively, they gave the following presentations: "A sustainable digitalization?" (Agusti),  "Societal impact of material choice: the case of large scale post-disaster reconstruction." (Celentano), and "Healing climate with bio-based materials." (Pittau).
