Curriculum Vitae
Marin Pellan is a PhD student at the Chair of Sustainable Construction since February 2021. He is working on the implementation of carbon budgets for the French built environment, from construction materials to the building stock. In particular, he is working on the alignment of construction carbon targets with the French Low-carbon national strategy (SNBC) by 2050, with a focus on cost-efficient decarbonisation pathways.
Prior to that, he worked as an intern at the Scientific and Technical Center for Building (CSTB) on a PhD project that studies consequential life cycle assessment methodology. He then worked as a junior engineer on different subjects related to renovation, LCA and carbon pricing at the CSTB.
He holds a Master degree in Management & Technology from Grenoble School of Management and a Master from INSA Lyon in Industrial Ecology.
