Bombyx – Design integrated real time LCA

Project Description

The project will teach holistic and design-integrated environmental performance optimization of buildings using the self-developed tool Bombyx. This parametric tool is the first of its kind allowing for real-time Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). As such, it will take the application of LCA to the next level – from a current post-design assessment to intuitive environmental optimization during the design process.
